A working meeting was held in Changzhou on 3 – 5 November 2005 under the guidance of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries.

Specialists from Belarus, China, Russia rejoined to confer on cooperation in the high technology sphere. Advanced technology from Belarus was presented by Dr. Alexander A. Uspenskiy, Director of RCTT, and Dr. Oleg V. Gorokh, Director of RCTT’s branch office at the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Specialists from China were mostly attracted by Belarusian R&D products in areas like cross-wedge rolling, welding, image processing and recognition.

During the event RCTT, its branch office and the Jiangsu Science and Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries signed their cooperation agreements for technology transfer.
