In accordance with the provisions of the newly signed contract RCTT has assumed expertise of projects to be funded under the municipal programme activity and submitted to the Enterprise Department of the Economic Committee with the Executive Committee of Minsk. The cost of the expertise will make 3% of the overall funding amount being requested by the applying recipient; the minimum remuneration fee has been set at the amount of 20 base wage rates.
