September 26-27, 2019 in Minsk (Belarus) took place International scientific and practical conference "System "Science-Technologies-Innovations": Methodology, Experience, Prospects". The conference was organized by The Centre of System Analysis and Strategic Research (CSASR) of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus with the support from The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The conference gathered more than 200 persons from Belarus, China, Russia and Ukraine. Mr. Vladimir Gusakov, Chairman of Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Mr. Victor Sirenko, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Education, Science, Culture and Social Development.

Themes of the breakout sections were:
1. Current trends, models and forecasts of the development of scientific and technical sphere (Head Dr. Valery Hancharou, Director, CSASR)
2. The process of technologies diffusion in the system "Science-Production" (Head Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director, RCTT)
3. Resources and infrastructure of innovative development (Head Dr. Sergei. Dedkov, Deputy Director, CSASR).
