On September 25, 2019, the Foshan China Academy of Invention Achievement Transformation CAIAT, Foshan, PRC) and the Republican Technology Transfer Center (RCTT) signed a framework agreement on cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization. The agreement was signed by Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of RCTT and Mr. Fu Yu, Head of the CAIAT Department for International Cooperation.
