On September 16-19 specialists from the NAS of Belarus visited China within the framework of the "Tour of foreign specialists in Yunfu City, Guangdong province". The tour was organized by Guangdong-CIS International Technological Cooperation Union and the government of Yunfu.

11 specialists from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine were invited to the "Tour of foreign specialists in Yunfu City, Guangdong province". The NAS of Belarus was represented by the director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology" Alexander Mrochek and researcher of the Centre of System Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus Aliaksei Uspenski.

The activities in Yunfu included participation in the "Forum of highly qualified specialists in the country and abroad 2018" and visiting organizations to establish business contacts and identify possible areas of cooperation.

During the visit, the People's government of Yunfu and the NAS of Belarus signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the establishment of the International Institute of Innovations in Yunfu, specialists from the NAS of Belarus visited the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Guangdong Pharmaceutical University in Yunfu.

The visit of the delegation of the NAS of Belarus was organized by RCTT and Guangdong-CIS International Technological Cooperation Union (the Union) in the frame of the Cooperation Agreement signed by RCTT and the Union on 11.07.2014.
