Another seminar on innovation activity management was held on 25 November 2004 at RCTT under the supervision of Alexander Uspenskiy, the director of RCTT. The informative event was provided by the Academy of Public Administration as a part of the upgrading courses for the managerial staff and professionals of the ministries, state bodies, committees with the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities involved in the domestic innovation activity.

The auditory was informed about the topical problems related to innovation activity and about the best solutions being offered in this domain.
