As per the statutory documents signed on 25 November in Minsk, a regional office of RCTT is established at the State University of Hrodna (Belarus).

The third office of RCTT has been established with the support and sponsorship of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Science of Belarus, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, under the framework of the UNDP/Government Project “Developing an Infrastructure to Support Innovation Activity in the Republic of Belarus”. Of the other two branch offices, the first one (for the Vitebsk region) was opened in April 2003 at the university in Polatsk; the second office was established in August 2003 in Brest, at Brest Centre for Scientific and Technical Information and Innovations.
