Another seminar on innovation management was held at RCTT

Again, RCTT has been chosen as the principal venue for a seminar on innovation activity management held on 9 November 2004. The seminar was provided by the Academy of Public Administration as a part of the upgrading courses for the managerial staff and professionals of the ministries, state bodies, committees with the Council of Ministers and other state-run entities involved in innovation activity.

 

The auditory took the opportunity of learning the topical problems and top-priorities related to the innovation activity in Belarus, as well as the best solutions offered elsewhere to face the challenges in this sphere. Besides, the trainees had a chance to exchange their opinions on the most burning questions.

 

Mr. A.A. Uspenskiy, Director of RCTT, delivered his report “Technology Transfer as an Element of the National Innovation Activity". Another report, titled "IT-Based and Library Resources of Science and Technology to Support the Innovation Processes", was presented by Director of the Republican Library on Science and Technology Ms R.N. Sukhorukova. Director of Belarusian Innovation Foundation Mr. Grishanovich covered the topic “Basic Requirements Regarding Innovation Projects. Guidelines for Evaluation of Planned Effectiveness Performance of Innovaiton Projects”.

 

The agenda of the seminar provided for a roundtable session dedicated to the topic "Innovation Management as the Basis for the National Policy for Normalization of the Economy".
