The subjects of the treaty are: further development of mutually advantageous co-search of partners to realize the parties’ joint projects; promotion of up-to-day technologies and advanced goods to the markets of Tatarstan and Belarus'; development of the bilateral investment activity.

One of the cooperation lines will be search of the most promising technologies and creation of a communication service that would facilitate broadening of the collaboration. Both sides will jointly identify the scope of the subjects to apply their efforts to, with respect to the marketing potential thereof.
