Summary

Liquid humic fertilizers enriched with microelements

Description

Fertilizers with universal and special composition are prepared by means of enrichment of peat extracts with various combinations and ratios of microelements. Mass concentration of humic substances in fertilizer is 10g/l. Concentration of microelements “EleHum-Copper” – 50g/l, “EleHum-Manganese” – 50 g/l, “EleHum-Copper, Magnanese” – 50g/l for each element. “EleHum-Zinc” – 75 or 100 g/l, “EleHum-Bor” – 150 g/l. Consumption rate is 1-2 l/ha depending on the fertilizer type

Technology type

Technical advantages and economic benefits

The developed fertilizers are water-soluble and non-toxic. Stored at the temperature from 0 to +30°C up to 2 years.
Production of new fertilizers combines procedures of humic substances extraction and their enrichment with microelements. Their application allows combining in one process of three different agricultural practices of extra nutrition, protection and regulation of plant growth. It also decreases total and specific expenses on fertilizers applying, consumption of fuel and lubrication materials, increases effectiveness of macro fertilizers, lowers amortization of agricultural equipment, decreases the number of its passes and consequently load on soil.
Payback period of the development ranges from 1.5 to 2 years depending on annual output of products

Technology differentiation and uniqueness

The fertilizers have a number of advantages in comparison with the existing ones: a wide range of application, combination of growth stimulating and protective substances of humic nature and microelements. Increase of cultivated crop productivity caused by new fertilizers is accompanied by quality enhancement and improving of biological full-value of plant products, increasing of microelements content to the optimal level. The development has import-substituting effect with perspective of export.

Range of applications

Liquid humic fertilizers with microelements “EleHum” are used in agriculture, crop growing on sheltered and open soil, landscape gardening for foliage spraying of agricultural field, vegetable, fruit and berry, and flower-decorative crops. Fertilizers provide vegetative plants with necessary microelements, stimulate their growth and development, increase productivity and biological full-value of plant production

Practical experience

Environmental impact

There are no liquid or gas discharges in the atmosphere. There is no industrial sewage water in the technological process.
The recommended amounts and methods of “EleHum” applying (spraying of vegetative plants) reduce to minimum the danger and necessity of control of soil contamination with microelements
