Summary
Production of crucially new profilometer for cylindrical and taper surfaces measurement.
Description
Breadbord profilometer model which enables one-off measurement of cylindrical item profile was made.
Technology type
Technical advantages and economic benefits
Profilometers enable parallel measurement of entire cylindrical surface which exclude item rotation during measurements. Profilometers have high speed of operation, possibility of roughened surface profilometry, high vibration resistance, and high measurement accuracy of profile deviation from cylindrical form (~ 30 nm).
