Summary

Microbial drug Rizofos of brands "Galega", "Lucerne", "Clover" is used in crop production for preplant inoculation of seeds of legumes (Galega east, alfalfa seed, red clover). Rizofos intensifies the process of biological nitrogen fixation, contributes to the mobilization of hard-to-reach phosphorus compounds from soil, increases crop capacity, improves product quality.

Description

Rizofos is a binary microbial preparation based on effective strains of tuber and phosphate activated bacteria, an alternative to mineral nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers. For inoculation of Galega east (Galega orientalis Lam.) Rizofos of “Galega” brand is used, for inoculation of alfalfa seed  (Medicago sativa) – Rizofos of “Alfalfa” brand, for inoculation of red clover (Trifolium pretense)– Rizofos of "Clover" brand. Strains of bacteria that form the basis of the Rizofos preparation are isolated from the environment, the laboratory and experimental-industrial technology of production of a bioproduct is developed. Microbial drug has passed toxic and hygienic inspection of the Republican Center of Hygiene. It is established that it has no pathogenic, toxic and irritating properties and the use of the preparation as a fertilizer will not cause soil pollution. TU BY 100289066.041-2008 Microbial preparations "Rizofos" are in the registry of the State registration №0250776 from 03.09.2008, catalog product list was registered 04.09.2008. Microbial drug Rizofos is included in the Supplement to the State Register of plant protection products (pesticides) and fertilizers allowed for use on its territory.
Long-term field tests of the effectiveness of the microbial preparation Rizofos of "Clover", "Lucerne", "Galega" brands have shown that the drug contributes to the increase of the supply of perennial legumes with biological nitrogen and mobile phosphorus, significantly increases the yield of green mass and seeds. The use of microbial drug Rizofos the cultivation of red clover provides an increase of green mass by 73 q / ha or 15.5 q / ha for each unit and net income of $ 194 thousand rubles per hectare. During the cultivation of alfalfa biofertilization contributes to the increase of crop of green mass by 84 q / ha or 14 q / ha for each unit and getting 177 thousand rubles per hectare of net income. Inoculation of Galega east seeds by the microbial preparation Rizofos of Galega brand increases its productivity by 76% (37 q / ha for each unit) and provides a net income of $ 482 thousand rubles per hectare. Processing by the microbial preparation Rizofos promotes an increase of crop seed capacity by 21% (clover), 29% (alfalfa), 30% (galega eastern).

Economic efficiency manifests itself in the use in the production of biological preparation Rizofos wastes of beet-sugar production, saving of energy and materials, reducing the dose and the replacement of mineral fertilizers by the biological preparations. The use of microbial preparation Rizofos will improve the quality of the feed and partly satisfy (increase by 25%) demand in the vegetable protein. Drug competitiveness is provided by highly effective local strains of nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-mobilizing bacteria in it which increase the provision of legumes with nitrogen and phosphorus. Rizofos has higher biological effectiveness in comparison with known analogues (sapronit, nitragin) created only on the basis of nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Artificial bacterial consortium of nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms is characterized by efficiency and stability of its impact on the plants, resistance to environment and indigenous microorganisms, can be successfully used for preplant treatment of legumes seeds.
