The assay kit “IFA-CORTISOL” is meant for determining cortisol concentration in human blood serum ranging from 20-200 nmol/l by means of solid-phase enzyme-linked immunoassay. The assay allows performing analysis of 41 unknown, 6 calibration and 1 check samples in duplicates. The volume of blood serum sample under investigation is 25mcl. Analysis time – 1 hour. Sensitivity – 10 nmol/l. Coefficient of variation < 8%. Shelf-life – 6 months. With its technical characteristics the assay meets the highest world standards.
