The material is meant for sealing of stock-produced articles of micro- and radioelectronics by means of the flow molding method

Technical advantages and economic benefits

Sealing of items by means of the flow molding method with low specific molding pressure (0.5-0.7 MPa). A number of compositions that ensure a wide range of injection properties (130-50 cm) have been developed.

Technology differentiation and uniqueness

The material ensures a high-quality IR-laser marking of stock-produced articles with low densities of IR-radiation. It decreases labour and energy costs, lowers the loads on marking equipment
