Summary

The lubricating-cooling liquid SOZH-LH-2, developed at the Institute, is a water-soluble semi-synthetic composition concentrate, and is intended for use in machining through cutting metal alloys.

Description

The lubricating-cooling liquid SOZH-LH-2 (RB specification 100289145.001-2003) is a universal cleaner and is intended for use in machining through metal alloys cutting, including alloys with lower anticorrosive characteristics: gray and specific high-carbon cast iron. Provides lubrication, effective cooling of the cutting area and strong conservation of the process surface. The liquid coolant SOZH-LH-2 is a water-soluble semi-synthetic composition concentrate consisting of surface-active substances (based on secondary terpenoid products), anticorrosion and extreme pressure additives. The liquid coolant SOZH-LH-2 is a low hazard chemical type – Class 4.
