Summary
Friction-type products are designed for a wide range of brake assemblies, work in the oil environment, clutches and other transmission devices.
Description
Materials are produced on the basis of powder thermosetting
resins, synthetic rubbers, organic and mineral fibres, fillers and modifiers.
The materials are processed into products using the method of direct pressure
on standard equipment, dose well. The process of manufacturing of materials and
processing them into products is marked by low power consumption. Materials are
environmentally friendly.
The technologies for production of the following products have been
developed:
- brake assemblies: disc brakes in vehicles, including tractors “Belarus”,
brake pads for motor transport, friction facing for discs in hydraulic and air
brakes in various processing equipment, including those used in manufacturing
of metal cord and wire, friction discs for various rail and air transport
facilities (electric brakes of telescopic ladders used in airports, barriers,
etc.);
- clutch and other transmission devices: clutch linings for tractors
“Belarus”, clutch linings in buses, friction linings in electric coupling
of technological equipment;
- for work in the oil environment: friction discs of multi-disc low-cooing
brakes in dump trucks and tractors, friction discs of hydromechanical
transmission of automotive equipment, linings and discs of power shafts in
tractors “Belarus”, friction discs for cable cars used in the manufacturing
of steel and textile fibres.
