Summary
The installations are intended for processing of precious stones and metals in boiling acid.
Description
The operating principle of “Grif-ALMAZ”, “Grif-DIAMOND”,
“Grif-GOLD” installations lie in vapour acids cooling and delaying them
with an anti-aerosol “Grif” filter made of fibre-porous “Grifteks”
fluoroplastic.
Provides fast (5-7 min) heating of crucibles to a set temperature (2-3 modes
between 20 and 300 °C), automatic temperature sustention, capture of acid fog
drops with an anti-aerosol “Grif” filter made of fibre-porous
“Grifteks” fluoroplastic, developed by IMMS of the National Academy of
Sciences, collection of condensate. Installation operation does not require
auxiliary chemicals.
