The technology designed on the basis of centrifugal-impact crushers allows producing high quality crushed cubiform stone.

Description

The unique qualities of material grinded in the centrifugal-impact crusher are ensured due to the fact that the process of crushing is caused by striking of material against breaking elements. Impact grinding results in cubiform shape of the product. Moreover, destruction occurs in the places of weakened defects (macro- and microcracks), thus reducing fissuring of the material; consequently strength of crushed stone after grinding is much higher than before.

Due to improved application properties of crushed stone produced at centrifugal-impact crushers, its cubiform shape and increased surface activity of its particles, it is widely used for roads and other objects construction; it allows:

• to decrease crushed stone consumption;
• to decrease bitumen and emulsions consumption up to 30%;
• to reduce time and labour costs for asphalt concrete pavement;
• to reduce cement consumption;
• to increase period of service of pavement road surface;
• to increase adhesion coefficient up to 0.65-0.71;
• to increase concrete strength as well as to reduce its production costs.
