Summary
Cascade-gravity classifiers are meant for separation of materials into predetermined cut fractions in the air stream in the size range from 0.1 to 5.0 mm.
Description
Separation of materials is possible due to influence of the
gravitational field and air stream on material particles. The cascading system
of separation is implemented in the construction whereas classification process
has a cycle character allowing reaching high accuracy of separation.
Cascade-gravity classifiers can operate in a closed air cycle, i.e. the air or
its part returns from the system of aspiration to the classifier.
