Description

The energy-conserving and efficient equipment for gas-flame forming of coatings using thermoplastic polymers powders have been developed. This unit ensures possibility of controlling thermal and physical characteristics of a flame bush via changing the ratio of the output speeds of flammable mixture and air components, which allowed to significantly broaden the range of the applied polymer materials.

Technical advantages and economic benefits

• possibility of using polymer powders with the melting temperature from 90 to 400 °C with the size of particles – up to 400 μm;
• applying coatings to metals, ceramics, constructional materials (concrete, brick, asbestos wallboard, wood);
• no need in cylinder-stored oxygen;
• simplicity of realizing the project, possibility of applying coatings to constructional elements without disassembling them;
• all the valves regulating the flow of working gases are installed directly on the thermodisperser body, thus, there is no need in a gas-controlling unit.

• electrical insulation of electrical power armature connections;
