Summary

A set of technical units for making of integrated electronic control systems and diagnostics of mobile machines is a set of functionally and constructively finished program-hardware components for construction of distributed systems with open network architecture.

Description

The set of technical units for making of integrated electronic control systems and diagnostics of mobile machines is manufactured on the basis of a single technical platform for construction of electronic systems with intellectual peripherals that interact by serial communicating CAN 2.0B channel. A type-size range of algorythmic and electronics models has been created within this set. This range includes:

• system activity manager that carries out main functional system algorithms and organizes its internal and intersystem interaction;
• supporting module that serves for galvanic isolation of localized control zones and carrying out a part of functional system algorithms at the lower level of systems organization;
• “smart” key that serves for discrete and latitude-modulated control signal generation based upon commands that are received per serial communicating channel;
• “smart” frequency sensor serves for velocity determination of system component rotation, filtration of the received values and calculation of auxiliary quantities on the peripheral level of system integration;
• system indicator that serves for presentation of information about system operation modes and optional parameters that are received per serial communicating channel to the operator;
• a mode selector (joystick) that serves for mode setting of systems operation.

Technical advantages and economic benefits

Use of system integration stratified structure based on unified circuit modules makes it possible to raise their seriation of production then, so that to reduce the systems cost as well as cost of their operating maintenance. What is more, use of system integration stratified structure makes it possible to dispose circuit modules in the immediate vicinity of control objects what significantly reduces their number and the length of their laid wires.
