Summary
The project includes development of techniques, hardware-and-software system for synthesis, calculation and optimization of power transmissions for mobile machines of various types and applications, synthesis and debugging of algorithms for motor-transmission systems; development of methods of calculation and design of mechanical systems and machines with given resource-functional properties, taking into account dynamic loading of assemblies and units during operation; development of methods for predicting and ensuring reliability of mobile machines during the virtual design stage.
Description
General techniques of synthesis, calculation and optimization of
power transmission of mobile machines, including mechanical, hydromechanical
and volume hydromechanical types of transmission systems; methods of speed and
power calculation of transmission with arbitrary configuration and use of rigid
and elastic-dissipative structural components; methodology for the use of model
components for simple mechanical fragments and more abstract modules for
complex and diverse units; methodology for generating structural variants of
transmissions and selection of structural and circuit solutions for a given
range of gear transmission with the use of the genetic algorithm, method of
composition, calculation and kinematic animation of geared hubs with arbitrary
configuration.
The complex of techniques and software tools to assess and ensure the
resource-functional properties that determine the competitiveness of the
machine during design. Improved design cycle for units and systems of mobile
machines.
Methodology, techniques and software tools for calculating reliability based on
assessment of reliability characteristics of machines, which are represented in
existing and emerging standards and make it possible to assess the reliability
at all phases of design of mobile machines, their components and assemblies.
Key Features: Using simulation models based on statistical tests method
supported by factors leading to dependencies at failures of elements; the
possibility of calculation with different machine representation: as a unit and
nodal structure, principle (kinematics) scheme; a full geometric description of
assembly units and parts - to determine the stress and damage impact; the
possibility to use a variety of patterns of damage and failures, including
their implementation in the form of dependences of "load capacity - resource"
(resource-strength curves) in different operating conditions; creation of a
single calculation kernel for all possible representations of the product when
calculating reliability values.
Creation of the original software on this basis and its implementation in the
form of a hardware-software system for calculation and design of mobile
machines.
