Summary

The horticultural tractor engineering design of drawbar category 1.4 with engine power of 95 hp has been worked out jointly with RUE “MTZ”. Its production was mastered at Smorgon Aggregate Plant.

Description

The wheel-type horticultural tractor of drawbar category 1.4 with engine power of 95 hp, with reduced width and minimal tracing ruts of front and rear wheels by 200 mm as compared to universal tractors of the same drawbar category.
Engine D245.5С3 – turbocharged four-stroke diesel with power capacity of 95 hp @ n = 1800 rpm certificated as III degree Titr 3.
Clutch coupling – dry, single-drive, spring-loaded with hydrostatic driving.
Gear box – mechanical, synchronized; it provides 14 forward gears and 4 reverse gears; forward speed is 1.5-35 m/h, rearward speed is 3.5-8.0 km/h.
Rear axle has rear drive, bevel gear-pump differential with 4 pinion gears, mechanical blocking and rear-axle parallel gears.
Front bridge-type driving axle with automatic and positive activation.
Breaks – disk-type, dry, with hydrostatic control.
Power steering – hydrostatic power steering with a height-adjustable and canting angle-adjustable steering column.
For hookup and transmission of agricultural machinery and tools, the tractor is equipped with front and rear suspensions with hydraulic control and rear double-speed power shaft that works in off-line and synchronous modes.
Cabin – noise-vibration-isolated, rain water-proof, equipped with an air-conditioning system, with electrical windshield washers and windscreen wipers for front and rear screens, and a safety cage.

Manufacture of own a horticultural tractor will make it possible to satisfy requirements of horticultural businesses in Belarus for heavy machinery and exclude its importing. Moreover, export of these tractors to Bulgaria, Moldova and others states of near and far abroad is foreseen.
