The MPMT technology and equipment are designed for stamping and assembling operations with plate stock of non-ferrous metals and alloys, low-carbon steel and a number of non-metal materials in machine-building, aircraft, motor vehicle and instrument-building industries.

The technology is based on the use of strong impulse magnetic field pressure generated by magnetic-pulse press to form products.

• Combining sheet stamping and assembly operations, a reduction in the amount of stamping accessories by 5 to 20 times.
• A 20-50% elongation ratio gain and a 20% increase in metal post-deformation resistance.
• A possibility to effect plate forming without tool-stock contact retaining original quality of metal, plastic and lacquer coats with high assembly process sterility.
• High strength, structural integrity and thermal shock resistance values of connections, a 1.5 reduction in cable lugs and connectors contact electrical resistance.
