Summary

Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support technology (CALS-technology) is an organization strategy of new products engineering on the basis of the new engineering technology, based on electronic model of the device. Realization base of the CALS-technology is informatization of all directions of enterprise activity which enable forming virtual processes in entrepreneurial and manufacturing activity management, engineering and production of devices, operational service management. 16 methodical, informational and software complexes, 9 projects of enterprise standards on informational technologies for quality management system were developed within the task. Developed methodical, informational and software complexes and draft standards form 1 line of base components of information support technology for life-cycle processes of tractor industry production and belong both to the competence both of PLM- and ERP-systems.
Change of the enterprise to open system of automated job planning provides tractor production in customized assemblies. Database of corporate information system (CIS) includes more than 12,500 specifications of ordered field engines and vehicle assemblies.
Full-scale system of stock control which enables to have data on material sources rest in stock, real-time debits and credits was implemented. Material sources distribution in production is performed with electrical limit cards.
Practically all production-dispatch offices of workshops and additional production traffic record offices were connected to information system.

Description

The corporate informational system of the enterprise, including electronic technical flow of documents facilities, engineering management, production and sources of the enterprise management is an integrated information environment for RUE “MTW”.
Due to CALS-technology principles implementation, open business design processes, field engine production, sale and exploitation management were organized. Basis of these business-processes is scientifically reasonable computer modeling of items with the help of various accounting methods of engineering analysis providing simultaneous work of various specialists, establishment of database of the enterprise which will support computer design technology.
Basis for CALS-technology implementation is electronic technical flow of documents which provides solving problems presented on Fig. 1.

Estimation of electronic flow of documents in the enterprise enables to determine tasks and phases, which shall be resolved to implement CALS-technology principles in management of production activity of the enterprise. Rate scale for electronic technical flow of documents state was developed to achieve the goal. Graphics editor of document life with description of their behavior in statuses (phases) of document life as well as graphical editors of document coordination were developed to ensure realization of electronic flow of documents.
Hierarchy of applicable graphical standards describing document flows, work control and document in unaccomplished work flows are used for work flows..
Draft standards and annexations to current standards include statements specifying project rules and use of electronic geometrical models in business design processes, work preparation, production and sale control
