Summary
Optical-electronics system enables driving of large quarry vehicles in poor weather conditions.
Description
The system is based on cutoff of background visual signal from near zone by laser active-pulsed strobing. “Free” from hazards resulted from multiple scattering of light environmental conditions view is scanned with the monitor in driver’s cabin.

Technology differentiation and uniqueness
To provide unit installation in all large truck drives working in quarries in specific weather conditions is advisable. Expected demand will be less than 100 units per year and is considerably limited by force-account production capacity in recent years. Payback time is 15 months
