Summary

Technological processes of formation of metallic coating are based on the use of local thermochemical and structural modification of ferrites and ceramics under the exposure of laser emission and plasma. Technological processes can be used in production of various elements and constructions in instrument making industry, electronic industry, radio industry and other industries.

Description

Ferrite metallization is based on metal reduction from base oxides under the exposure of electric discharge plasma and laser emission. Deoxidized metal is in the surface layer of ferrite. For layer thickening galvanisation or spraying of material with given characteristics. After grinding and polishing there is a coat in the surface layer of ferrite with given electrical characteristics and good adhesion to base material. Thus, it is possible to create passive elements in ferrite goods in high-precision instrument making.
Metallization of dielectric materials (ceramics, glass, quartz, glassceramics and others) is held under the conditions of high-energy exposure of laser emission and plasma with active metals. Beforehand the surface is thoroughly treated with the help of chemical or laser-plasma methods. Coats have high adhesion to the base and can be used as electronic elements, conduction paths, and also in production of high-quality permanent connections with metals and dielectric materials.
