Summary
The work aim consists in optimization of conditions for obtaining oxide nanocomposites by means of reconstructed precursors oxidation at low temperatures in order to obtain desired magnetic, magnetodielectric and catalytical features.
Description
It has been proposed to obtain nanocomposite magnetic and magnetoelectric materials for information processing and storage devices, decomposing solid solution of complex oxides in hydrogen stream at low temperature with subsequent oxidation in oxygen stream at low temperatures (if necessary). Moreover, the expected particle sizes are approx. 10 nm in case of preliminary use of the sol gel method for synthesis of simple oxides. This method of obtaining nanocomposites supposes very close contact between particles leading to significant increase in exchange anisotropy and magnetoelectric effect.
Technology type
Technical advantages and economic benefits
Technology simplification and decrease of synthesis temperatures by 300-400 °C, development of new nanoceramic magnetic, magnetoelectric materials for information processing and storage devices with improved characteristics as compared to materials obtained under traditional technology.
Technology differentiation and uniqueness
The fusion process splits into several stages: obtaining of conventional material with subsequent reintegration and oxidation at low temperatures, in order to obtain close materials the compaction method under high pressure at moderate temperatures is used.
