Summary

Description

Technology type

Technical advantages and economic benefits

The software was designed to develop applicable corporate distributive geographic information systems controlled by data manager and using MapInfo software which provides;
regulated multi-user access to database server;
creation of cartographic database of environment space monitoring objects;
access to satellite data, digital map data, ground-based measurements data and object attributive characteristics stored at in the database of monitoring objects;
visualization with the help of Internet-browser of cartographic information, graphic representation of object condition and/ or characteristics on map with help of set of conventional signs;
unification and standardization of system components;
high speed of query processing to monitoring object databases;
integrity, reliability, safety and reservation of processing information;
friendly interface support with end user.
Organizing of client workstations responsible for attributive database maintenance does not require purpose-designed software of geographic information system. License cost of 1 client workstation is more than 1000 nominal units which provides significant financial savings.

Technology differentiation and uniqueness

The software provides complexing of client-server and web-technologies. Attributive database structure as well as applicable kit provides system adaptation to costumer needs.
