Summary

Laser clearing of art works from antique marble and other stones, paper, wood, oil painting, metals as well as for technological operations in microelectronics, energetic, aircraft engineering and other branches. The unit enables simultaneous influence on processed surface by nanosecond base frequency radiation of high-energy laser on YAG:Nd and one of its harmonic component to increase cleaning capacity.

Description

Laser radiation is supplied to the processed surface with the help of articulated manipulator with 7 mirrors, total length is 2 m. The end of the manipulator has purpose-built mechanism which provides intensity correlation of UV and IR components which will be optimal for every art work. The unit has blocked structure, all blocks and nodes are securely vibration-isolated which provides high reliability during transportation and work. Developed technologies and the unit have no analogues in CIS countries, and some its features preside ones of foreign analogous.
