The project enables representing state approach principles of national ideology and culture development, working out specific instrumental measures of state social and cultural policy taking into account mutual influence of various part of society life as an integrity. Main emphasis of the project is laid on information-intensive society subsystems such as education, mass media, and culture institution work. Realization of the project will encourage increase of intellectual and creative work image.
