Development of methodology of complex social and ecological estimation of environment quality of Belarusian agrotowns based on functional compliance of criteria of different aspects (such as biogeocenological, ecological and economic, medicine and biologic, esthetical and others). Grounding of practical measures of functioning optimization of Belarusian agrotowns, spiritual and cultural properties in local social-and-environmental rural systems.

New methodological support of estimation procedure of stable development is provided. It includes development of estimation approaches, functional correlation of complex criteria, grounding of hierarchy and quality characteristic of environment, etc. Traditionally, uncorrelated estimation criteria range is widely used. Complex approach allows to make all-round qualitative estimate of cultural ecosystems dynamics such as agrocenosis which forms the basis for agrotowns functioning; to find dysfunctions and pathologies of the development, to timely perform social, cultural and technological measures on optimization of social and environmental relations which have immediate and system effect in due time.
