Description

The complex forecast of scientific and technical progress in the Republic of Belarus in 2006-2025 was based on foresight of progressive advance of the science and technique during the forecast period, which, on the one hand, was evident from level of new technology, technique, scientific discoveries and inventions influence on production, work and services dynamics and quality and, on the other hand, from the level of fundamental scientific researches and implementation of the innovations in the development of leading-edge technologies and technique.
Developed scientific and technical approach enable to estimate progressive and high technologies in terms of satisfaction of needs of rival product and services on the base of presented in practice and development of new technologies taking into account possibilities of scientific technical capacity, researches costs and specific developments using economic, legal and administrative power.
