Summary

New prototype model for low frequency ultrasonic therapy will be made, and prototype model for inflammatory process treatment were tested in laboratory as a result of project implementation.

Description

Four prototype models for low frequency therapy ANUZT 1-100 were produced. Compliance of prototype models and project documentation and design specification were tested in laboratory.

  Results of experimental studies are available. As a result of the studies was determined that the most favorable reparative conditions for inflammatory response reduction are created during exposure with low frequency ultrasound at 22 kHz within 5 minutes accompanied by normalization of hematologic indexes (blood sedimentation rate, white blood count, leukogram), authentic reduction of serum concentration of sulphurglicoids and alkaline phosphatise in comparison with control animal group. Use of the same frequency within 10 minutes has less frank anti-inflammatory effect and characterised by more inert regenerative process and less prominent positive change of peripheral blood. Maximum antiedematous effect of low frequency ultrasound to the end the treatment was at 22 kHz within 5 minutes which induced statistically significant decrease of puffiness by 88.1%.
