Summary
Carbon-mineral enterosorbent “Calphosorb” relates to chemical-pharmaceuticals industry and namely to medical purpose sorbents.
Description
Carbon-mineral enterosorbent “Calphosorb” contains
hydroxyapatite or carbon-mineral sorbent as filler and gelatine or methyl
cellulose or amulum or sodium carboxymethyl celluloseas bounding agent.
Enterosorbent “Calphosorb” can be used as hemo- and enterosorbent to treat
gastrointestinal problems, food and other toxication, exo- and
endointoxications of different nature as well as to excrete toxic metals and
radionuclides which allows minimizing content of these particles in a human
body.
Technology type
Technical advantages and economic benefits
Sorbate characteristics (lead, cadmium, mercury and strontium sorption) of enterosorbent “Calphosorb” are override those of native analogous enterosorbents (SCN) and highly competitive with foreign enterosorbents such as “Carbomix”. “Calphosorb” reduces concentration of Strontium-90 in bones, degree of damage by heavy metals, improves metabolic characteristics during intoxication of different character, including influence of radioactive substances.
Technology differentiation and uniqueness
“Calphosorb” is highly effective native enterosorbent used to reduce concentration of Strontium-90 and heavy metals in human bony tissue. “Calphosorb” is as effective enterosorbent as foreign enterosorbents are but “Calphosorb” is cheaper than its foreign analogues that makes it competitive remedy, which can be used both independently and as a food additive to make these products preventive from diseases.
