Assay kit for detection of DNA mycobacteria of  M. tuberculosis-bovis by means of PCR.

Description

The kit is used for detection of the mycobacteria which are part of M.tuberculosis, in vitro by means of polymerase chain reaction. The kit can be used 25 times to detect DNA mycobacteria. There is positive control in the kit. The kit consists of Petri dishes with growth medium and auxesis for inoculation of mycobacteria taken from biological samples.

The main advantage of this kit is the use of methods of material “enrichment” by means of bacterial inoculation of the incitant with the following identification of the isolate with the help of PCR. This eliminates the influence of inhibitors of biological fluids, makes it possible to differentiate between DNA of live and inactivated cultures.
