The methodological recommendations comprise all stages of getting touchwoods of reishi mushroom Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis: Fr.) P. Karst., one of the most perspective objectives for biochemical technology by creation of functional and medicinal preparations based on reishi mushrooms.

Description

The methodological recommendations contain the characteristics of reishi mushroom as a biological object. The technology of getting seeding cercidium Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis: Fr.) P. Karst. is presented, technological scheme and technology of getting fruit bodies by intensive cultivation includes the following stages: substrate preparation, inoculation of substrate, creating the conditions for cercidium and fruit body growth, measures on disease control and blasts in the process of production.

The methodological recommendations provide for tailing a fair number of healthy seeding cercidium on the ground of strains of pure culture mushrooms’ collection of “Institute of Wood of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” and getting reidhi mushroom touchwoods with an output not less than 10% of the substrate weight.
