Summary
The methodological basis for works in the sphere of genetic inventory and the certification of objects of selection seed base of Scotch pine and Norway spruce (seed plantations, clones’ histories, genetic reservations) has been developed.
Description
The methodological basis comprises collection and handling of material, DNA separation and clearance, carrying out of a PCR analysis, results documenting and interpretation, computer database compilation, software processing of genetic analysis results. The design documentation maybe be supplemented by personnel training in basic DNA marking procedures, obtaining of genetic material handling experience, interpretation of data obtained in molecular-genetic analysis, work with software package for analysis genetic data.
