New variety spring of rape Jantar is protected by patent of the Republic of Belarus No. 119 (of 3 October 2005) for the variety of plants.

The most highly productive variety of spring rape. Variety is semi-resistant to glume mould, leaf falling and lodging, appropriate for machine harvesting. Featured as high quality seeds with erucic acid level in seeds being 0-0.3%, protein level being 23.2% and glycosinolate level being 14.1 micromole/g of solids content. Marked by high responsiveness to non-fodder fertilizing.
