Description

New mid-season soft spring wheat variety Toma is protected by patent of the Republic of Belarus No. 149 (of 15 May 2007) for the variety of plants.

Mid-season variety, resistant to lodging. Resistant to powdery mildew affects. Ecologically stable. Maximum yield is 101 centner/ha. Protein level in corn is 15-16%, gluten level is 30-32%, glassiness level is 80%, general baking grade is 4.3 points. Meant for soils with average and high levels of fertility.
