New variety of winter triticale for fodder use Kastus'. Certificate of Authorship for the variety of plants v0001005 obtained on 5 September 2005.

Highly intensive bushing in autumn (more than 800 productive sprouts by 1 m2), and fast sprouting in spring. Requires retardant processing. Average yield is 76.3 centner/ha, maximum yield is 109.9 centner/ha. Protein level in corn is 11.8-12.4%.
