Summary
The Modules are densely established to each other from the face sides, forming a line on length of a hothouse, function in common, forming the Biotechnical Mini-complex (further – BMC-1), intended for duplication of a selection and seed-growing material of a potato. BMC-1 includes following units: [br][/br]1. The base unified modules. [br][/br]2. Artificial ion exchange soil reusable use. [br][/br]3. System of submission having watered plants and nutritious solutions. [br][/br]4. Electric system of light.[br][/br]5. Electronic system of a feedback of technological parameters and a computer control system of rules.[br][/br]

Description
BMC-1 combines an opportunity of its use, 1) at reception of sprouts from meristemic plants of a potato (one vegetation) and 2) for all-the-year-round manufacture mini-tubers a potato (three vegetations). For one vegetation lead for reception of sprouts of a potato at cultivation meristemic plants on artificial substrata in vivo the technology allows to receive on a BMC the tempered sprouts (1), suitable for the subsequent landing in hothouses or in the open ground on the area not less than 5000 m2 (at the established norm of planting of 60000 pieces/hectares).

Technology Benefits
Within a year according to technology on BMC-1 it is spent three vegetations for reception mini-tubers with productivity of 300-1000 pieces/m2 (depending on a grade) for one vegetation (2). Each season tubers are specially activated and are ready to planting to the areas 1600 - 5000 m2. Thus, operation BMC within one year allows to receive the high-quality improved material, suitable to landing during a season on the area 10000 square meters or 1 hectares. The base unified modules of a complex can be increased, remaining independent at keeping the production schedules determined by terms of ripeness and high-quality features of the grown up potato. At operation of a multimodular complex, the opportunity of independent maintenance of distinction of parameters on each unified base module is stipulated: humidity of a ground with the placed root system, temperatures of a ground, the light period, dozes of a mineral feed. Adjustment of parameters is made as program by by means of the COMPUTER, and manually.

Technology Differentiation and Uniqueness
As a soil to all-the-year-round cultivation of sprouts and reception of mini-tubers it is applied of reusable are using artificial ion exchange substratum “TRIONA” representing a substitute of native soil, optimum saturated by all necessary mineral elements. For BMC-1 the area 18 m2, the necessary volume makes 2,88 m3, that at the price 1 liter ion exchange a substratum of 17,0 dollars. (At humidity 24 from a full moisture capacity 1 liter a substratum has weight 870.)
