Description
Field of application: The powders are used for manufacturing of tools for cutting and[br][/br]treatment of glass, grinding and polishing of rock, rough honing of cast Irons, cutting of reinforced concrete.[br][/br]Technical and economic data: The cubic boron nitride powders were obtained by using[br][/br]special additions in lithium system.[br][/br]Strength, N – 50–60;[br][/br]Diapason of fractional composition - 200/160–14/10;[br][/br]Form factor – 1,3–1,6;[br][/br]Crack viscosity, MN*m (1/2) – 3,0–4,0;[br][/br]The increase of strength on pressure as relatively to the best of foreign analogues,[br][/br]%–10; [br][/br]The increase of fracture toughness on relatively to the best of foreign analogues, % – 5; [br][/br]The increase of output on relatively to the best of foreign analogues, % – 10;[br][/br]The cubic boron nitride powders are corresponded to the technical specifications[br][/br]of RB 03535138.002–98
