Vacuum-hard sealed leads-in products from ceramic K95
Description
Are intended for pressure giving, for example, in the vacuum chamber. Manufactoring of conic apertures is made for creation sealed leads-in pottery and conic ceramic inserts. Surfaces of apertures and inserts and lead up to high-class frequency. After that the insert and aperture are metallized by special solder wich carries our restoration of ceramic to metal and doping it. The insert is located in an aperture under certain pressure and the system heats up to solder fusion. As the current-carrying channel the thin layer of solder serves. Whereas sealed laeds-in are created from the same material, as the article, special solder is used with low specific resistance, on-piece [br][/br] connection possesses, high durability, vacuum density and electro-conductivity.
