The coils have following specification:[br][/br]- external diameter - 15,5 mm;[br][/br]- internal diameter - 11,2 mm;[br][/br]- radial resonance frequency - 73kHz;[br][/br]- axial resonance frequency - 396kHz;[br][/br]- mechanical Q-factor (Qm) - (50-120);[br][/br]- ultimate operation temperature (T) - (430 +/- 2 K;[br][/br]- deviation of the main resonance frequency at heating of piezoelement up to 373K hot larger than 0,6%.
