Description
Are intended for use as a part of scanning tunnel and power microscopes. The viewing[br][/br]area in pressure ±150 V is 140 x 140 nm, sensitivity to a bend is not less than 0.5 nm/V,[br][/br]external diameter–11,2 mm, internal diameter – 9,8 mm, length – to 70 mm. The form of electrodes can be made according to requirements of the client.
