Description
OIMOL KL EPR 2 – anti-seize is a new lubricating material of increased resource with dimensionally stitched carcass made from short-fibered fibers having higher oil-retaining capacity, which determines the higher load capacity (in 1,6-3,3 times), extended to 30-40 ° C range of working temperature and increased in 1 ,4-7 times lubricant resource.[br][/br]

Competitive advantages[br][/br]Thanks to the thickener of the mixed type, the lubricant is characterized by high mechanical[br][/br]and colloidal stability, enhanced extreme pressure properties, improved adhesion.

Technology Differentiation and Uniqueness
Lubricant OIMOL KL EPR 2 — anti-seize is processed with thickening of mineral oils with[br][/br]a kinematic viscosity of 150–350 mm2/s at 40 °C with complex lithium thickener. The lubricant[br][/br]contains carefully selected diamondbearing package of anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction[br][/br]additives for heavy loaded friction knots.

Application spheres[br][/br]• lubrication of friction knots operating under high loads and vibrations (mining[br][/br]machinery, railway vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery), high temperature (steel rolling mills, pressforging plant, heat-power equipment, heading’s ventilator, systems of suctionand-exhaust ventilation, etc.);[br][/br]• range of working temperatures is from –40 to + 150 °С;[br][/br]• specific loading in sliding bearings is up to 50 MPa.
