Description
Created plane-wave superlens based on hyperbolic[br][/br]metamaterial, i.e. multilayer dielectric structure.[br][/br]Superlens resolution from 50 up to 100 nm in a broad[br][/br]spectral range of 300 - 800 nm[br][/br]The distance from the output facet of near-field lens with[br][/br]one metal layer to the image is 20 nm[br][/br]The distance from the output facet of near-field lens with[br][/br]three metal layers to the image increases up to 100 nm.[br][/br]most promising areas for the development[br][/br]of optical metamaterials:[br][/br]Multilayer metal-dielectric nanostructures[br][/br]Nanoporous dielectrics wilh embedded[br][/br]mciallic nanorods.[br][/br]Self-organized structures of metal nanopaiticles
