Summary
Belarusian Unitary Enterprise “Scientific-Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization” offers – Automatic boiler aggregates for heat supply of agricultural facilities. Main advantages: Expected annual economic benefit of introduction of innovation aggregate will be at the level of 1.5-2.5 ths. US Dollars, it is provided due to lowering of labor content and automatic burning control, allowing: to reduce fuel consumption, provide its complete combustion, to increase aggregate efficiency, to lower harmful emission onto atmosphere. Automatic boiler aggregates are ready for producing under contracts with the customer.
Description
The aggregate consists of a hopper for solid fuel (chip wood, fuel granules, pellets), screw feeder, fire chamber, firefighting unit, control panel.[br][/br]The hopper is cylindrical. A screw feeder housing, representing itself a box of square section, is welded to a lower part of the hopper.[br][/br]A special rotating flap is mounted on rolling bearings at the hopper bottom. It is driven by a drive worm. Flap rotation prevents solid fuel sticking in the hopper.[br][/br]The bottom has stands with adjusting bolts, allowing leveling of the aggregate.[br][/br]The screw feeder consists of a housing and a screw. The housing represents itself a box of square section.[br][/br]A screw feeder drive is represented by a gear motor. The screw feeder supply a fire chamber with fuel from a hopper.[br][/br]The fire chamber includes a metal outer housing and a heat resistant ceramic burning chamber. The housing represents itself a double cylindrical casing with internal channels, supplying a burning chamber with air. The burning chamber is at the same time a thermal accumulator.[br][/br]The chamber has a special dispensing system clapper valve. All elements of the unit are made of heat resistant stee|. The main function of the valve - uniform metered fuel supply.[br][/br]A temperature sensor, water tank, valve, water supply system form a firefighting unit.[br][/br]The temperature sensor is located at distance of several centimeters from a fire chamber housing. At high screw temperature signal receipt the valve opens, water from the tank flows to a feeder and prevents flame propagation in it.[br][/br]A control panel provides automatic work of the aggregate and controls fuel combustion by output parameters.
