Description
Dielectric resonators and ceramic substrates are designed for the use in the SHF systems. Their operating ability is up to 30 GHz. Q–factor is up to 5000, the drift of resonant frequency in the temperature range from -60° С to +85 °C, is not larger than 5·10-6 (Δf/f ΔT). Ceramic substrates for the SHF engineering have the dimensions 30x48mm with relative dielectric permittivity of 48 and 40, and dielectric losses not higher than 4·10-4.
